Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and brand labels remain attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
